Position Overview
This role offers flexibility and the chance to shape the next generation of engineering leaders. As an instructor, you will create and teach specialized courses tailored to professionals in power systems, renewable energy, and related fields.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver high-quality, practical course material for electrical engineering professionals.
Conduct live, interactive online sessions and provide personalized feedback to participants.
Collaborate with the Electromentors team to align course content with industry standards and professional requirements.
Integrate the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations into course design.
Support and engage learners throughout the course duration.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Ph.D. preferred.
Professional Experience: Proven expertise in power systems, renewable energy, smart grids, and regulatory standards.
Credentials: Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation is an asset.
Teaching Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering online courses or training programs.
Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible and engaging way.
