On-Demand Learning Subscription Plans

  1. What is included in an ElectroMentors on-demand learning subscription? The subscription grants you access to a variety of self-paced courses covering electrical and computer engineering topics.

  2. How do I subscribe to an on-demand learning plan? Simply visit the ElectroMentors website, select a subscription plan, and complete your registration with the provided payment options.

  3. Are all courses available under the subscription plan? While most courses are included, some specialized and hands-on content or bootcamps may require separate registration.

  4. How long does my subscription last? Subscription plans may vary in duration (e.g., monthly or yearly). Details are provided during the sign-up process.

  5. Can I cancel my subscription at any time? Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

  6. Will I receive a refund if I cancel my subscription early? Refunds are generally not provided for early cancellations. Access continues for the remaining subscription period.

  7. What happens if my payment fails during renewal? ElectroMentors website will notify you, and you may need to update your payment details to avoid service disruption.

  8. What are the differences between three available subscription plans? There are two plans for professionals; one on a monthly basis and one on an annual basis at a discounted rate. There is another plan for students at a discounted rate.

  9. Can I use Student Plan even if I am not a student?  No. You must be a student to be able to subscribe the student plan. Electromentors kindly ask students to subscribe with their academic email address and reserve the right to randomly ask student plan subscribers to provide additional documents to ensure their student status.

  10. Can I switch between subscription plans? Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan. Changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

  11. Do I get access to updated course materials during my subscription? Yes, your subscription grants access to all updates and improvements made to enrolled courses.

  12. Can I share my subscription with others? No, subscriptions are intended for individual use only. Sharing account details is strictly prohibited.

  13. Will I get a certificate for courses completed under a subscription? Yes, Electromentor's certificates are available upon successful course completion. However, IEEE certificates are available only for live courses.

  14. What if I encounter technical issues with the platform? Contact support for assistance with platform or content-related issues: support@electromentors.com

  15. Are there discounts for subscribing to multiple courses or long-term plans? You are also able to purchase on-demand courses. ElectroMentors may offer special promotions or discounts occasionally.
